General Information

At IPTV UK, we highly value customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.
This refund policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

Digital Products
Our services are digital products (IPTV login credentials, streams, subscriptions), and access typically begins immediately after purchase.
Once the service is activated or you have received your login credentials, refunds are generally not available, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and relevant consumer protection laws.

Refund Before Activation

If you placed an order but your IPTV service has not yet been activated or provided, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

If your IPTV service does not function due to technical issues, even though you have followed all instructions correctly, we will try to resolve the problem together with you.
If the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the individual situation.

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You provided incorrect device information or an incorrect MAC address.
  • Issues are caused by your internet connection or incompatible devices.
  • You have already used the service for an extended period.
  • You attempt to cancel your subscription after the end of the service period.
